3 Lifts (m/p/d)

A 1RM strength sport where athletes perform three movements—this includes the bar or ring muscle up, pull up or chin up and dip—while adding as much weight as they can handle for one repetition. The goal is to lift the heaviest weight possible in a single attempt, showcasing maximum strength and technique. Athletes are allowed three attempts at each exercise. The biggest achieved lift for each of the three exercises are then added together to give the athlete their total, and the athlete with the highest total is deemed the winner.
